The Friday Digital Roundup is a witty take on the weird world of the internet. With fun stories from around the globe, it’s the only email newsletter you’ll actually read and enjoy!
We do love writing it, but clearly not as much as people like receiving it - just look at the response we got when a technical hitch meant it wasn’t sent out on time!

How to Get Your Content Seen by More People – Three Simple Tactics
I wanted to answer a question I get asked quite a lot, which is:
“How do I get my content seen by more people?”
Because if you’re creating great content like video or blog content, or loads of posts on social media, what’s the point if no one sees it?
Quite obviously we all want a bigger audience. So, I’ll give you three solutions to that.
How to Get Your Content Seen by More People – Three Simple Tactics
- The first tip is to pay.
If you’re on Facebook, you can pay to get your posts out there. This isn’t news to you, but make sure that you’re consistently pushing that content out and paying so people to read it. I pay for people to read and view my free content on Facebook. I concentrate on a specific audience and I just keep sending them value. So you could pay a bit to get your content out there, that would reach more people.
- The second tip is to connect to more people.
If you’re using sites like LinkedIn, and you’re creating content on there, quite obviously, the more connections you have, the more people will see it.
- And the third tip is to give a crap about other people’s content!
If you go to other people’s content and comment on their stuff, if you connect with someone on Facebook or Twitter or LinkedIn, they will see your content the next time you post it.
Try this on Instagram: Just go and connect with a page, and then go back to your feed. They’ll be right there at the top. So, encouraging people to connect with you, but going out and giving a crap about their content is a great way to get seen.
I hope that helps.

#3 is so important (and usually taken for granted). Facebook’s algorithm puts so much emphasis on engagement and interaction that it’s a no-brainer to interact with your audience as much as you can.
That being said, this is a perfect example. I give a crap about your content and read your blog articles. You also want to engage with people that might not be “your audience” but influential to people who are in your audience.
